FREE RETURNS: We will pay for returns and issue a prepaid mailing label on all orders, where the mistake was ours. We pay the shipping to return any defective items.

To return an item please include your order number on your package. This is the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number.

ORIGINAL PACKAGING: Please make sure to include all the original packaging and write your Order Number on the outside of the package.

All returned products will be inspected. Please allow 2 - 3 business days for a refund to post to your original method of payment.

All items must be in brand new, condition. After 30 days a 10% restocking fee may apply. Orders that originally qualified for Free Shipping will be refunded less our cost to ship the order.
